How much notice do you need?
Preferably 6 months for summer weddings (less at other times of the year) but I can often make cakes at short notice - in a week sometimes.
Ideally a fruit cake needs to mature for 3 months.
How much will it cost?
Can you do chocolate, sponge or fruit cakes?
Can the cake be served as dessert?
Will you ice a cake I have/my mother has baked?
Can you make a cake to my design?
